Password on an online collection

Numento 2 allows you to manage password access restrictions on your collection.

This is done in two steps:

1. Definition of users and possibly user groups

   In the general properties - Users and groups.

   Each user has a password.

2. Restricting access to the online collection

   In General Properties - Password Web Access

   Add users and groups with access authorization.

3. Publish your collection

   It will no longer be possible to access the data in the collection without a valid identification
