Password on an online collection

Numento allows you to manage password access restrictions on your collection. This configuration is done in three main steps:

1. Defining users and, if necessary, user groups

In the general properties, under the "Users and Groups" section, each user must be assigned a password.

2. Restrict access to the online collection

Still in the general properties, but under the "Web access by password" section, add the users and groups that have access authorization.

3. Publishing your collection

Once these settings are in place, it will no longer be possible to access the collection data without valid identification.
