Printing a collection

Numento allows you to print your records in table form. Each row corresponds to a record and each column to a field in the collection.

Print options

Before printing, a dialog box allows you to configure the following settings:

• Filter: choose the filter to apply to select the records to print.
• Display images: check this option to include a column with a photo for each record.
• Image size: adjust the size of the thumbnails (from 32 to 128 pixels).
• Orientation: choose between Portrait and Landscape mode. Landscape mode is recommended for collections with many fields.
• Font size: adjust the text size (from 6 to 16 pt).

Print content

The printed document includes:

• A header with the filter name and print date.
• A table with column headers in bold.
• The records corresponding to the selected filter.
• A footer with page numbering.
